Two new hotels under the Accor brand have appointed Midlands PR and digital agency Cartwright Communications to launch their Leicester development, following a competitive pitch process. The scheme, owned by Leicester-based developer Charles Street Buildings Group, comprises two hotels and a restaurant that are centrally located on the newly developed Great Central Square site in Leicester.
