What does Lincoln College Group stand for?

The Group’s purpose is: “To be an extraordinary employer-led organisation, producing a highly skilled and productive local workforce.”

The word ‘local’ refers to wherever we are operating in the world and the phrase ‘employer-led’ refers to the fact that we will stay relevant and relatable to employers by asking them to help develop our curriculum and design our learning environments.

The word ‘productive’ refers to our intent to ensure all of our students are work-ready, with skills identified by employers including; resilience, independence, communication, decision making, problem solving and leadership.
